Where can I find instructions on how to rent?

How do payments work?

We offer two payment options. One is to pay in full, the other is a payment plan through SHOP PAY that splits it up into several payments.

Up to what distance does your "free delivery" apply?

We will deliver for free within 50 miles of our facility in Mesa, AZ. If you are unsure whether your event's location qualifies for free delivery, give us the address and we are happy to let you know!

How long do we have the rental?

Regular pick-up time is 9 pm on the day of your delivery. We do offer pick-ups after 9 pm for an additional fee.

What are the pick-up fees for pick-ups after 9 pm?

It is $50 for every half-hour past the regular pick-up time of 9 pm.

9:30 pm - $50

10 pm - $100

10:30 pm - $150

11 pm - $200

11:30 pm - $250

12 am - $300

However, we will work with your venue for next day pickups to avoid these fees whenever possible. This will depend on whether the venue allows for next day pickups, whether the arch is needed the next day, and whether or not we can fit a next day pickup into our schedule.

How much does delivery cost if it is not within 50 miles of your warehouse in Phoenix?

If your location exceeds 50 miles, we charge $1/mile. We do not go further than 75 miles from our warehouse. 

What does it mean when it says price is for one set up per location only?

That means the price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set this item up one time, in one location. Additional fees will apply if the rental item is to be moved anywhere else, for example from the ceremony to the reception. 

Can I see a rental in-person before reserving?

Unfortunately our products are too big and cumbersome to transport for these kind of appointments. We strive to provide you with clear and precise photos as well as videos so you know exactly what the product looks like before you rent! You can always find additional photos and videos on our Instagram account, @blossomsborrowed.

Occasionally we do offer open houses to see the items installed at different venues. Subscribe to our newsletter or email us for an upcoming open house date!

What customizations to your existing rentals do you offer?

We are happy to add additional fresh flowers in the accent color of your choice to any of our rentals. We offer this as a separate product here, "Add Fresh Florals to Your Rental." Simply add to your cart the fresh flower bundle option that suits your needs, and enter your preferred color in the box at checkout!

If you do not have a preferred accent color, we will choose the color of your fresh flowers according to the color palette of the arrangements you rented.

We are unable to remove any flowers already woven into our arrangements.

 

There is an Altar/Arch/Backdrop that I would like for my event but you do not currently offer it. Can you create it for me?

We would love to know what you are looking for as we may be able to provide it for you as a rental soon. We are always in the process of adding more! Please email us the details of your vision and we can let you know what we might have in the works for you.

I am having problems checking out. Is the check-out button not working?

First, please check to see if the browser you are using is Internet Explorer. If so, open a different browser like Google Chrome or Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported by our website host, Shopify.
